Carsten Gellermann loves to be practical. Committed to the idea that if you haven’t had debts you can’t handle money, he went straight from school into banking. To this day he remains faithful to corporate financing. As a venture capital investor he assisted a large number of investments in various stages of a company’s life and is firmly familiar with all the different aspects and challenges of startups: meaning more venture than capital. Client benefits and usability remain his key criteria for assessing business models. In his leisure time he devotes himself to his family with his two great kids and when they let him he loves to play a round of golf or lifts weights.
